Melanie is a Partner in the Birmingham & London Real Estate team at DWF, Head of DWF’s Global Real Estate Sector and the Hospitality and Leisure Team, with over 20 years’ experience. She specialises in the investment, acquisition and funding of development projects, including hotels, refurbishment schemes and public sector projects, as well as real estate finance, asset management and landlord and tenant matters.

Melanie is a Board Director at Birmingham Colmore, leads the Colmore Placemaking Working Group, and sits on the Colmore Executive Committee. She is recognised by Chambers as an expert in securing investment and funding for complex development schemes and delivering thorough, commercially focused advice.
