Tim joined Hays in October 2000 and is currently a Director, specialising in Finance appointments for local businesses. He also manages some of the largest Hays customer relationships and oversees high-volume recruitment campaigns. Tim sits on the Midlands Shared Service Forum committee and has been actively involved with Birmingham Colmore since March 2018, where he is the Lead of the Colmore Community Working Group. Outside of work, his family of four keeps him busy, but he enjoys all forms of sport and participates whenever he can. Tim is also committed to charity, having run the London Marathon twice, and is known for enjoying a good social.
