Regina’s is set to open January 2025 on Newhall Street in Colmore Business District, revitalizing the former site of Purnell’s Bistro and Ginger’s Bar.

Renovations have uncovered a hidden glass ceiling, now transformed into a series of elegant skylights, infusing the space with natural light. The bar will boast a hand-painted ceiling, featuring a bespoke metal rose sculpture designed by an artisan known for their work with Dior, enhancing the venue’s luxurious feel.

Owner Jimmy, a key figure in Birmingham hospitality since 2001, is dedicated to excellence. Regina’s will emphasize dishes crafted from the freshest ingredients, with handmade pasta showcasing culinary craftsmanship. With 88 restaurant seats and room for 60 at the bar, Regina’s is poised to become a destination that marries artistic charm with exceptional cuisine.
