F1®️ ARCADE LAUNCHES GLOBALLY INSPIRED SPRING MENU
The official Formula 1®️ simulator racing experience bar will be launching its new Spring menu, which showcases dishes such as the ‘F1 Arcade Double Beef Burger’ and ‘Yellowfin Sashimi Grade Tuna Tartare’ from 23 May
F1 Arcade, the official Formula 1®️ simulator racing experience bar, located in Paradise Birmingham’s Chamberlain Square, will launch its new menu from Thursday, 23 May.
The menu’s ‘main event’ is the F1 Arcade Double Beef Burger, made with Angus 28 day aged double beef patties, pulled brisket, American cheese, crispy shallots, pickles, and house burger sauce. Seafood lovers will also be able to order the Yellowfin Sashimi Grade Tuna Tartare, with avocado, wasabi, spring onion, sesame, coriander, and red chilli, or the King Prawn Croquettes with a sweet mango and coconut dip.
Guests will find a variety of high-quality mains alongside a selection of small plates for those looking for something a little lighter. Signature dishes include the Caprese, Shawarma or Vegetarian Pepperoni Flatbreads. For the warmer summer months, guests can now enjoy Chicken Gyoza with sweet chilli sauce, Lamb Kofta served with labneh, pomegranate and red onion, as well as homemade Chipotle King Prawn and Brisket Tacos.
Those looking for a sweet finish can choose between the classic Sticky Toffee Pudding with butterscotch sauce, or the Strawberry & Champagne Mousse with raspberry puree and edible flowers.
There are also plenty of mouth-watering vegan options, including Korean Gochujang Cauliflower Wings with spring onion and chimichurri, and the Wild Miso Mushroom Tacoswith Romanesco, dukkah spice, lime pickle, peanuts, and chilli oil.
The venue also offers a Halal menu, with certification for all sourcing and meat available.
The first-of-its-kind experiential hospitality venue, F1 Arcade, boasts 53 bespoke, full-motion racing simulators which have been uniquely designed in conjunction with F1. The simulators are set against the backdrop of the ultra-modern, backlit ‘Octane Bar’ that spans the centre of the venue alongside a jaw-dropping, full-size Formula 1 car suspended from the ceiling.
To complement the new menu, guests will be able to order from F1 Arcade’s extensive drinks selection, including themed cocktails Formation Lap, Undertake and Pole Position, plus non-alcoholic ‘Designated Drivers’ drinks Baby Driver, Safety Car and Pit Stop.
