Specialist finance and accountancy training provider recognises internal talent as it continues to grow its regional presence.
First Intuition Midlands, a leading provider of accountancy and finance apprenticeship training based in Birmingham’s Colmore Business District, has announced the promotion of Joshua Rae to Head of Faculty for the Midlands region.
Having been part of the First Intuition team, Joshua brings a strong understanding of the organisation’s values, culture, and approach to learner support. His promotion recognises the contribution he has already made to the Midlands faculty and reflects the business’s commitment to developing talent from within.
In his new role, Joshua will take responsibility for faculty development and support, programme management, and the maintenance of educational quality across First Intuition’s Midlands operations. He will play a central role in shaping the faculty’s strategic priorities and ensuring learners continue to receive the consistent, high-standard experience that First Intuition is known for nationally.
