A leading law firm with branches across the Midlands has opened its first Birmingham city centre office.

FBC Manby Bowdler is experiencing a period of continued growth, and the Bennetts Hill office, on the corner of Colmore Row, will offer legal expertise to a diverse range of businesses and private individuals.

The new premises follows the recent opening of a second office in Wolverhampton, to complement those in Knowle, Shrewsbury, Telford, Bridgnorth, Church Stretton and Redditch.

Chief executive Neil Lloyd said: “Our ambitious strategy for growth through acquisition and expansion, supported by a £30 million investment from Horizon Capital, continues at pace and we are delighted to bring a team of specialists to the UK’s second city.”

In the last year, FBC Manby Bowdler turnover topped £17million and the firm has plans to double its size in the next 12 months. It is the founding firm of the new Adeptio Law Group established to create a leading national legal services platform through the strategic acquisition of high-quality regional law firms.

The new office can be found at Boutique Workplace Company, 6 Bennetts Hill, Birmingham, B2 5ST.
