Colmore Business District based land promoters Richborough has appointed a residential development expert to head up a brand-new department.
Matt Parry is the firm’s new Planning Delivery Director, joining from Redrow where he was Strategic Land and Planning Director for the South Midlands.
Matt will lead Richborough’s new Planning Delivery function, which will manage its increasing number of residential planning applications from submission through to determination and provide project management support for appeals.
Matt is supported by Briony Stenhouse and Grace Sadler, who have both been internally promoted to the role of Planning Delivery Manager.
