Spring has arrived at The Alchemist, bringing with it a fresh new seasonal menu designed to deliver bold flavours, creative twists, and an elevated bar food experience. The brand’s Spring/Summer launch introduces a vibrant lineup of dishes that reimagine familiar favourites while adding exciting new creations to the mix.
At the centre of the new menu is the iconic Chicken in a Basket, reworked into a more indulgent, flavour-led experience. It now comes in two new variations – Salt & Pepper and Nashville – offering guests a punchier, more contemporary take on a cult classic. These updates reflect The Alchemist’s continued focus on playful reinvention and standout flavour combinations.
Alongside these hero dishes, the wider Spring/Summer menu showcases a selection of fresh additions designed to surprise and delight. The offering brings together seasonal ingredients and inventive recipes, creating a menu built for sharing, exploring, and enjoying throughout the season.
To celebrate the launch, guests can also take advantage of a limited-time offer: 30% off the total food bill when booking in advance. The promotion is valid from 13 – 23 April, applies to bookings of up to six people, and is available on a one-time basis. It is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Service charge is excluded, while VAT is included.
