Birmingham’s newest office building; 81 Colmore Row

Workplace investors and operators Kinrise are excited to share their latest Colmore Business District workplace, 81 Colmore Row. The building launches in February 2025 with stunning heritage offices, flexible studios and larger headquarters office floors, ready for companies to call home.

81 Colmore Row, a Grade-II Listed building with a beautiful masonry façade, has been fully upgraded introducing the highest standards of design and technology to offer companies a unique offering in the city centre.

In addition to private offices, the building hosts an outstanding bookable events space and meeting rooms with access to the historic roof terrace, all available for external bookings.

Kinrise are excited to partner with different organisations from across the city to run an events programme in the building, all easily bookable through the company’s LinkedIn page.
