Join LTSB’s Employment Programme to Support Young Talent and Build a Stronger Workforce

Want to support young talent and strengthen your workforce? 👇

LTSB’s Birmingham Employment Programme is back this September and they’re looking for employers and young people to get involved.

LTSB supports 18–24-year-olds from underrepresented backgrounds to develop the confidence, skills and experience they need to succeed in business. Through a 8-week bootcamp with employability training, insight sessions and 1-to-1 support, young people finish the programme ready for a career, with a guaranteed interview at the end.

👉 Young people can apply now at ltsb.charity/apply

👉 Employers: contact Adella@LTSB.charity to find out how to get involved.

Let’s build Birmingham’s future talent, together.
