Midlands law firm mfg Solicitors has announced the appointment of experienced corporate solicitor Matt Smith who has joined as a partner in the firm’s Colmore Business District office.
Working alongside partner and head of department Clare Lang, Matt will provide a range of expert advice to businesses, owner-managers and investors around corporate transactions, acquisitions, disposals, restructures, joint ventures and corporate advisory matters.

Matt is the latest addition to the firm’s growing Corporate team, with fellow partner Philip Chapman also recently joining the firm in the heart of the city’s Colmore Business District.
