Paul is Special Projects Officer at Colmore BID, where he leads work for the Safer working group, delivering initiatives that promote safety, security and public reassurance across the Colmore Business District. He brings over 30 years’ experience with West Midlands Police, including senior roles in Counter Terrorism Policing and community safety, and recently delivered award-winning work for Soho Road BID. Paul also authored Birmingham’s first Business Related Crime Partnership Strategy and is passionate about working with businesses and partners, particularly within the growing entertainment and hospitality sector.
