Kelsey joined Birmingham Colmore in 2022 to lead the management of its events, having previously worked in the Commercialisation team at Hammerson, where she delivered Brand Experience events for Bullring and Grand Central.

She manages and plans the award-winning Colmore Food Festival, which has welcomed over 75,000 visitors across two days, and introduced Welcome to Birmingham to support the next generation of talent.

Kelsey is the office lead for the Colmore Next Gen and Colmore Community, co-coordinates the Womens Safety Forum, and delivers a wide range of events from networking and pop-ups to upskilling and wellbeing initiatives. She also leads on social value with a focus on the Ladywood Community introducing initiatives that make a tangible impact locally.
