Transforming the iconic bier palace into a winter hideaway, Chalet Albert celebrates all things schnitzel, spritz and ski-season decadence. From cosy interiors and lively après energy to a menu designed for alpine indulgence, Chalet Albert brings the spirit of the mountains to the heart of the city.

For the winter season, Albert’s Schloss has created three exclusive new cocktails, perfect for toasting to das season:

• Rhubarb + Elderflower Collins – fresh, floral and crisp.
• Aperol + Peach Spritz – a fruity twist on a classic favourite.
• Sex on a Snowdrift – a playful winter serve featuring St-Germain Elderflower liqueur.

To celebrate Chalet Albert, Albert’s Schloss is also offering guests the chance to win the ultimate alpine escape. One lucky group of four will travel to Val Thorens, France, in partnership with Erna Low.

The prize promises everything that defines the perfect ski trip: snow-dusted mornings, long mountain luncheons, steins in das sunshine and unforgettable après at the legendary La Folie Douce.
