Soundbaths with the Manoj Collective

A reset ritual to help you relax, unwind and feel deeply soothed in the sanctuary of Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery. Over 60 minutes, you’ll be guided by local sound practitioner Manoj of Manoj Collective through an immersive sound journey. Using a range of instruments including crystal bowls, gongs and chimes, the session unfolds within our beautiful Pre-Raphaelite Galleries. Surrounded by art and held in the tranquillity of the space, you’ll be invited into a state of deep relaxation and gentle connection with your inner world. The benefits of sound meditation are wide-ranging, from calming the nervous system to supporting rest and clarity, but it’s something that truly needs to be experienced to be understood. Good to know Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle into the space. Doors open at 17:45pm. Comfortable clothing is recommended All equipment is provided, including yoga mats and blankets Suitable for adults of all experience levels Spaces are limited; advance booking is recommended
