Andy has extensive experience in party wall matters, neighbourly issues, dilapidations, clerk of works and project monitoring, technical due diligence, asset management, defect diagnosis and schedules of condition surveys with risk management. He is also an RICS APC counsellor.

He has worked with prestigious clients across the Midlands. Andy said: “Innes England is a highly regarded business, with an ambitious growth strategy. I look forward to working with the team and being part of this journey.”

Adam Rock, who heads the Birmingham office of Innes England, added: “Andy’s appointment strengthens our team and increases the services we’re able to provide. The opportunity to provide project monitoring work from Birmingham complements our well-established valuation services. He’ll also be working in tandem with our lease consultants on building surveys, schedules of condition and dilapidation negotiations.”
