Richborough has appointed James Little as one of our Technical Coordinators, based at the company’s Birmingham headquarters, as it continues to strengthen its in-house technical expertise to unlock increasingly complex strategic land opportunities across the UK.
As the business grows its national portfolio, Richborough’s Technical team is playing an increasingly important role in identifying and resolving site constraints at an early stage, helping to de-risk opportunities for developer partners and support a smoother planning process.
Working alongside the Technical team led by Director Stuart Nelmes, James will assess the technical challenges associated with strategic land sites, coordinating with specialist consultants and internal teams to identify practical solutions and help shape sites into deliverable residential developments.
James joins Richborough with extensive experience in civil engineering and technical design. He has previously held roles at Couch Consulting, Woods Hardwick and Hyder Consulting, where he worked on projects ranging from planning applications through to detailed design, specialising in civil engineering applications.
