Free Bus Travel Initiative for Colmore Colleagues

The free bus travel initiative provided by Transport for West Midlands (TfWM) has been relaunched for eligible colleagues working in Colmore.

Eligible individuals can benefit from:

  • 4 weeks of free bus travel
  • The option to purchase a further 2 x 4-week periods at 25% discount

People who have previously benefited from this programme will not be eligible.

How to apply

The form will be open from 08:00 on Tuesday 18 August 2026 and will close at 23:59 on Wednesday 2 September 2026.

Successful applicants will receive their travel codes no later than 17:00 on Friday 4 September 2026.

Swift Card

The travel offer is provided via a Swift Card. Once you receive your code, you will need to:

  1. Sign in to or create a Swift account https://my.swiftcard.org.uk/
  2. Select “Redeem code” and enter your voucher code.
  3. If you already have a Swift Card, select “Add to an unregistered card”. If you do not have one, select “Buy on new card”.
  4. Select your preferred ticket start date and confirm your order. A new Swift Card will be posted to you.
  5. Before travelling, you must active your Swift Card through the TfWM app or a Swift Kiosk
