Just Business: Make Business Travel Easier

For businesses, Just Business provides a free platform for managing work-related rail travel in one place. Businesses can book and manage journeys across UK rail operators, access the cheapest available fares without booking fees, manage expenses and reporting, and track their carbon footprint. Employees can also book their own journeys through linked accounts, with tickets sent directly to their inboxes. There are no contracts or minimum spend requirements, and businesses can set booking limits and approval processes to help manage travel spend.

Group Travel: Save on Team Trips

Planning a team day out, event or group journey? West Midlands Railway offers savings based on group size. Groups of 3–9 people can save up to a third with GroupSave, while groups of 10 or more can save up to 26% through the dedicated Group Travel service, which also provides support from a dedicated booking team.

Student Season Tickets: Save Up to 50%

Students can make savings with Student Season Tickets, offering up to 50% off the equivalent adult season ticket price for students aged 16 and over. The tickets provide unlimited travel between two selected stations throughout the term, including evenings and weekends, making them a useful option for regular journeys to school, college or university.

Railcards: Save on Regular Journeys

For regular travellers, a Railcard could help reduce the cost of journeys, with many cards offering one-third off most rail fares. There are a range of options for different ages and circumstances, including the 16–25 Railcard, 26–30 Railcard, Senior Railcard, Family & Friends Railcard, Disabled Persons Railcard and HM Forces Railcard.
