First Intuition Birmingham enters new chapter as Continua Learning Group

Accountancy and finance training provider First Intuition Birmingham has entered an exciting new chapter following the launch of Continua Learning Group. Continua Learning Group brings together First Intuition, Decoded and SkillsLab under a single ambition: to develop professionals across a whole career, not a single qualification moment.

Against a backdrop of rapid technological change, accelerating AI adoption, economic uncertainty and shifting workforce expectations, the skills that organisations need from their people are changing faster than traditional professional development has kept pace with. Technical excellence alone is no longer enough; nor is data fluency on its own, or leadership capability in isolation. The professionals that organisations need now and for the future are multi-dimensional: financially and analytically capable, data and AI fluent, and able to lead, influence and adapt.

First Intuition, SkillsLab and Decoded will continue to operate under their own brands, with the specialised teams and personal client relationships that businesses value from working with First Intuition.

For First Intuition, which has been supporting learners and employers in Birmingham since 2020, the launch creates an opportunity to build on its established work in accountancy and finance while being part of a wider response to the changing skills landscape.

Martin Taylor, Group Chief Executive Officer, said: “Our ambition is to create the go-to professional development group for the multi-dimensional employee.”

The launch represents an exciting development for First Intuition, its learners and employer partners, opening broader conversations about how organisations attract, develop and retain the workforce they need for the future.
