Roast Season Returns to Cow & Sow Birmingham

Cow & Sow welcomes back Roast season with their Sunday menu, featuring sharing cuts with indulgent options of English Wagyu and Chateaubriand

As Autumn rolls in, the season of roast dinners has returned and what better way to celebrate than a trip down to Cow & Sow Birmingham?

Guests can choose from a selection of grass-fed beef sourced from local family farms, cooked over fire and basted to perfection, as well as Slow roast porchetta or Grilled chicken supreme. They also offer a sharing roast option, where guests can choose larger cuts of Picanha, bone-in Tomahawk, Porterhouse or Chateaubriand, and for some extra indulgence, guests can upgrade to Cow & Sow’s signature English Wagyu.

All roasts are served with a fluffy Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes in garlic and rosemary, spiced red cabbage, roast parsnips with thyme, carrots in maple syrup, seasonal farm greens, celeriac puree and a rich red wine and beef gravy.  There is also a vegetarian option of Butternut squash wellington, packed with wild mushroom duxelles and finished with a thyme and madeira jus, to cater to all tastes.

Available every Sunday, Roast options begin from just £24 per person.
