Alex Sciarretta appointed Group Land Director at Richborough

Alex Sciarretta has been appointed Group Land Director at national land promotion firm Richborough.

Alex supports Richborough’s regions and commercial division in accelerating site acquisition and land studies to support ambitious growth plans.  

Alex was previously land director at Carden Group, and before that held similar roles atHarrow Estates and Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties.

Paul Campbell, chief executive at Richborough, said: “Alex brings excellent experience of mixed use and residential projects within the development sector and has some great land and development contacts nationwide, in addition to being personable and knowledgeable.
