Appointment further extends law firm’s corporate law team

Midlands law firm mfg Solicitors has announced the appointment of experienced corporate solicitor Matt Smith who has joined as a partner in the firm’s Colmore Business District office.

Working alongside partner and head of department Clare Lang, Matt will provide a range of expert advice to businesses, owner-managers and investors around corporate transactions, acquisitions, disposals, restructures, joint ventures and corporate advisory matters.
