ARL launches Birmingham AI Tech Conference

Following the success of their London AI Tech Conference in May, the ARL is bringing this event to Birmingham.

AI is no longer a future conversation. Across rental living, property management and real estate operations, organisations are already using AI to improve efficiency, unlock insights, reduce operational costs and create better resident experiences. The Birmingham AI Tech Conference is designed to move beyond the hype and focus on real-world applications, implementation, and opportunities.

The team are excited to welcome Antony Slumbers as the event’s keynote speaker. Antony is a globally recognised speaker, advisor and writer on proptech and space-as-a-service. He has founded several proptech software companies and now consults real estate boards on their transformation, technology, and innovation strategies, and writes an influential blog.

Antony’s session, “The Rise of AI in BTR”, will provide far-reaching insights into the development and trajectory of AI, specifically how this impacts the BTR sector.

Following this informative session,  Marcel Plummer, CTO at itBOX, will demonstrate in real time how to create an amazing website rebuild using the power of AI with his session “Let’s Make AI Work For You”.

The conference will also feature a range of discussions on the impact of AI on Operations, Residents, managing risk and NOI.
