A leading property consultancy has promoted a member of its Birmingham commercial agency team as it invests in its people and expands its capacity to meet growing client demand for transactional and strategic property advice.
Ellie Fletcher is now an Associate in their office in Colmore Row. Ellie joined Fisher German just over two years ago, specialising in industrial and logistics property.
She said: “I’m really pleased to have been promoted and I’m looking forward to taking on the new challenges that come with the role.
“I want to keep supporting our existing clients, providing them with well-rounded and considered advice.
“Since joining Fisher German, I’ve been supported at every step of my progression. I’ve had real opportunities to develop my knowledge and understanding within the sector by working directly alongside the partners across the business, who have encouraged progress both within the business and my individual career.
Fisher German LLP has made 50 promotions across all areas of the business, after a summer that has seen housebuilding, energy and devolution all thrust further up the political agenda, resulting in many companies needing informed advice from trusted consultants.
The promotions have been made across many levels and specialisms, reflecting Fisher German’s commitment to career growth.
Its Managing Partner Andrew Bridge, who first joined Fisher German as a graduate, said: “With the shifting needs of our clients thanks to government policy changes and evolving markets, it has been great to see so many of our colleagues step up to the challenge.
“We have always rewarded those at Fisher German who perform well, and it is heartening to be making 50 promotions as we head into the final quarter of the year.
“I’d like to congratulate all those who have been promoted – all are thoroughly deserving of their success.”
Phil Winckles, Partner and Chair of Fisher German’s Appointments Committee, added: “It is always enjoyable seeing so many colleagues progress through the business.
“Everyone who moves up within Fisher German has earned the right to do so thanks to their hard work, consistently high performance, and desire to deliver for their clients and colleagues.
“These promotions highlight the fantastic work our people do every day, and I am incredibly proud to play just a small part in that process.”
