Calling Birmingham Creatives: Tender Now Open for Colmore Life Magazine

Are you a creative agency, designer, or print specialist with a passion for storytelling, design, and place-making? Colmore Business District is inviting proposals to manage the production, design, and print of our flagship publication, Colmore Life magazine.

Published three times a year, Colmore Life is more than just a magazine — it’s the voice of our vibrant business community, capturing the energy, innovation and culture of central Birmingham. With a print run of 5,500 copies per edition, distributed directly to businesses and high-footfall areas like Snow Hill Station, this is your opportunity to shape a leading consumer-facing brand for the city.

We’re looking for Birmingham-based creatives who can help us reimagine the magazine’s look and feel in line with our upcoming rebrand, and bring fresh editorial ideas to life. The successful bidder will take on full production of three editions (Autumn/Winter 2025, Spring 2026, and Summer 2026), working closely with the Colmore BID team to curate compelling content, eye-catching design, and impactful print quality.

Whether you’re an agency, a collective, or an individual freelancer — we want to hear from you.

📝 Deadline for submissions: Friday 6 June 2025, 17:00
💬 Shortlisted interviews: Week commencing 16 June 2025
📦 Contract start: Week commencing 7 July 2025
📎 Budget: £36,000 across three editions
