The Cathedral are excited to be in the final stages of formalising their strategic plan for the next three years.

Extensive consultation with internal and external stakeholders culminated in a strategy day during which decisions were made on the Purpose, Mission, Vision and Values statements. The strategic plan will be underpinned by sound and sustainable budgeting and a thorough operational plan which will be developed in conjunction with budget holders.
