Colmore Businesses Urged to Shine: Apply Now for the West Midlands Tourism Awards 2026

Businesses in Colmore Business District are being encouraged to showcase their excellence by entering the prestigious West Midlands Tourism Awards 2026, now open for applications.

Celebrating the very best in the region’s tourism and hospitality sector, the awards are free to enter and offer winners the chance to progress to the national VisitEngland Awards for Excellence 2026. With 17 categories ranging from “Experience of the Year” to “Ethical, Responsible and Sustainable Tourism,” there’s an opportunity for every kind of business to be recognised.

The deadline for most entries is 21 July 2025, with an extended deadline of 30 November 2025 for event-based categories. Judging will take place over two rounds, including site visits, and culminate in a glittering awards ceremony in March 2026.

Supported by the West Midlands Growth Company and the Tourism and Hospitality Advisory Board, the awards are a powerful platform to gain regional and national recognition.
