About Matt
Matt Hobs is a proud Bristolian, scientist and silly sausage. Following a PhD in Biochemistry, Matt started his comedy journey in 2012. Matt set about combining his two loves, stand-up and science. Drawing on his background as a scientist, Matt explains science and scientific principles. He makes complicated concepts simple, understandable and hilarious. 100% Badgers is Matt’s 4th hour show, following 2019’s ‘Bristolian of Science’ 2022’s ‘Follow the Science’ and 2023’s ‘Moontalker’
