Join us this Halloween for a special walking tour and uncover the darker history of Birmingham, from notorious criminals and public executions to riots, gangs and the ghosts said to haunt the city.

Walk through Birmingham’s historic streets and discover the stories behind some of the city’s darkest places and most notorious characters. Over 1.5 hours, your guide will reveal the history of public hangings, the gangs that once ruled Birmingham, the Town Hall riots and the only public execution in the city, alongside local ghost stories including the hauntings of Henry Skinner and Joseph Chamberlain.
