Cylla Launches Sunday Roasts Inspired by Ancient Greek Traditions

Cylla, located in Birmingham’s Colmore Business District, has announced the launch of its new Sunday roast offering, available weekly from 12:00 to 17:00.

Drawing inspiration from the ancient Greek symposium, a timeless tradition of gathering, sharing and celebrating, Cylla reimagines the Sunday roast with a Mediterranean twist. The new menu features slow-roasted lamb with garlic and herbs, lemon-thyme chicken, crispy potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and freshly baked bread, all complemented by a curated selection of bold Greek wines.

More than just a meal, the experience aims to revive the spirit of communal dining, inviting guests to slow down, reconnect, and savour the comfort of a long-standing cultural ritual.

The Cylla Sunday Roast is available every Sunday and brings a warm, home-style feast to the heart of the city, paired with the restaurant’s signature hospitality.
