It’s La Bellezza’s first Valentine’s in the city, and the squadra is in the mood for love!
Chef Mimmo and the gang have partnered with Medicine Bakery to present an epic twist on the Incomparable Lemon Pie.
La Grande Bellezza Cronut is Medicine’s fluffy cronut (as if a croissant and doughnut fell in love), filled with tangy lemon curd, sitting under a cloud of pillowy pink Italian meringue.
The Cronut will be available for £5 at Medicine Bakery counters across Birmingham, from 7-16 February.
La Bellezza’s pastry masters will be serving a dessert version on Friday 14 February. A towering pink slice of the iconic Incomparable Lemon Pie will be served with mini lemon curd cronuts to enjoy alongside, or take home, for one day only.
For every dessert sold at both Medicine and La Bellezza, £1 will be donated to Birmingham Children’s Hospital, who help treat over 100,000 children every year.
