New Director at MK2 Real Estate

Louise Lokucewicz has been promoted to director at MK2 Real Estate.

Louise joined the firm’s property management team in 2022. She has worked in the commercial property industry since 2010, including stints at BNP Paribas, JLL and Lambert Smith Hampton.

At MK2 she is responsible for advising a variety of clients including Christian Vision, Our Coop, Watkin Property Ventures Investments and Brighton STM. Louise also manages a team of five, oversees the firm’s apprentices and co-ordinates RICS training.

MK2’s property management team has grown rapidly since its establishment and now comprises 40 staff, with responsibility for approximately £1.5 billion of property assets under management. The team advises landlords with both single- and multi-let assets, as well as larger portfolios, across the UK.

Marcello Della Croce, who heads the property management team, said: “Louise has made a strong and consistent contribution to the evolution of our property management team. She is trusted by clients, respected internally and demonstrates the values and professional standards we expect at MK2. This appointment recognises both her performance and her leadership.”
