New partner strengthens Clarke Willmott’s Birmingham Commercial Property team 

Leading national law firm Clarke Willmott has appointed Alexandria Kittlety as a partner in its Birmingham office, bolstering the firm’s commercial property team. 

Alexandria (pictured), who joins from Shoosmiths, is an experienced commercial property solicitor specialising in advising corporate occupiers across the retail, industrial, office and energy sectors.

She has acted for some of the UK’s best-known retailers across their property portfolios, including acquisitions, disposals, re-gears, and portfolio management, and also advises on office and industrial requirements such as head office and warehouse transactions, and energy sector projects. 

Notable deals that she has advised on include an £8 million sale and leaseback, a £1.6 million per annum lease acquisition, and multiple London office relocations and high-profile retail premises acquisitions.

Alexandria’s arrival further strengthens Clarke Willmott’s ability to deliver expert, commercially focused property advice across client sectors.
