Orelle launches new three-course January menu for £34

The new prix fixe menu, will showcase the very best seasonal produce and is available as two or three courses, with optional wine pairing.

Orelle, located on the 24th floor of 103 Colmore Row in Colmore Business District, with panoramic views of the city and beyond, has launched a new set menu to start 2025 in style.

Available as a two-course menu for £29, or three courses for £34, the menu showcases the best seasonal produce and can also be accompanied by a two-wine flight for £10, or a three-wine flight for £14. 

Tables can be booked between Monday to Saturday from 12:00-14:30, and Monday to Thursday 17:30-18:00. 

The new seasonal dishes include starters such as:

  • Soupe A L’oignon Normandie: French onion soup, gruyere 
  • Betterave: Heritage beets tartare, Parmesan, smoked almonds, preserved lemon 
  • Terrine: Ham hock terrine, piccalilli, pineapple, sourdough
  • Ratatoullie Niçoise: Spiced tomato fondue, basil, sourdough 
  • Saumon: Pan-seared salmon, butternut squash purée, Romanesco, Noilly Prat velouté 
  • Poulet Fricassee: Chicken fricassee, potato purée, wild mushrooms, peas, carrots
  • Crème brûlée: Spiced orange, macerated berries, vanilla sable 
  • Fondant au Chocolat: Chocolate fondant, espresso ice cream
