Colmore BID’s Paul Street to speak at Night Time Economy Summit 2025

We are thrilled to announce that our Safe and Sound Project Manager Paul Street, will be a panellist at the upcoming Night Time Economy Summit 2025 taking place at Hockley Social Club in Birmingham on the 5 and 6 February 2025.

The event, a key gathering for the night time industry, brings together experts from across the globe to discuss challenges, opportunities, and best practices for the sector.

Paul will take the stage on Wednesday 05 February at 12pm on Stage 5, where he will join fellow industry leaders to discuss the importance of networks, collaboration, and training in the night-time economy.

Key topics will include the challenges of training and security, raising the profile of venues through best practices, and the need for skilled professionals to ensure a safe and thriving industry.

Speaking about the opportunity, Paul said: “It’s a privilege to represent Colmore BID at such a prestigious international event. The Night Time Economy Summit provides an invaluable platform to showcase the work being done by Colmore BID to support and enhance our local night time sector, while also engaging with national and global partners.

Collaboration and innovation are at the heart of what we do, and I’m looking forward to discussing how we can continue to build safer, more vibrant night time economies together.”

This panel presents a fantastic opportunity to raise the profile of Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) not only locally but also on a national and international scale. As we continue to champion best practices and innovative solutions, we are excited to see the impact of these discussions on the future of the night time economy.

Stay tuned for updates from the event, and if you’re attending, be sure to catch Paul’s session on Wednesday at 12pm on Stage 5!
