The menopause is getting a make-over thanks to an initiative that encourages women to share their experiences of this change in reproductive status.The Menopause Café aims to shift perceptions of what this life event means for women towards a positive chapter and offers support for dealing with the physical and mental health challenges it can potentially raise.There’s a Birmingham city centre gathering on March 26 at Home Café and Deli on Church Street from 12pm.
