BID launches Colmore Fitness Programme

With just 6 weeks to go until gyms can re-open, why not get your self ready to return with our Colmore Fitness Programme.

We have a weekly schedule of events that you will be able to enjoy and access either live or at a time to suit you. Over the coming weeks we’ll be working with Conor, Joe, Kieran and Yvonne from PureGym Snowhill who will be leading the various classes and providing fitness advice and tips.

There is no charge for the first week of events (8-12 March), so you can trial them and see if it is for you! After this, each session will be £3 or get the full five weeks for £20 here.

All workouts will be available live on Zoom, but if you can’t make it, don’t worry! We will send you a recording of the session to complete in your own time, just make sure you book so we know to send it to you!

Classes are suitable for all abilities and exercises can be adjusted to suit needs.
So grab your water bottle, put on your trainers and join in!

Tuesday – 6:00pm – Evening Zoom Workout
