mfg Solicitors’ charity quiz raises £5,794 for Birmingham Children’s Hospital

Birmingham law firm mfg Solicitors hosted its annual charity quiz night for the third consecutive year, raising £5,794 for its chosen charity, Birmingham Children’s Hospital.

The event, held at BOX Brindleyplace, brought together 140 professionals from across the city for an evening of friendly competition – all in support of the hospital, which provides specialist paediatric care to over 100,000 children and young people every year.

The evening began with Robert McDowell from Birmingham Children’s Hospital speaking about the charity and highlighting the importance of fundraising events.

Reflecting on the charity’s significance to the firm’s staff and the wider region, mfg partner Tim Lang said: “The quiz night was a fantastic success and it was great to see so many businesses from across the city come together in support of such an important cause. Birmingham Children’s Hospital provides incredible care every single day to ill children and their families, and we’re proud to be able to help raise both funds and awareness of their invaluable work.”

The quiz was won by Adrian Grainger, Andrew Thomas, Brian Arch, Lindsay Arch and Nathan Killeen from Griffiths & Pegg.

mfg Solicitors has offices in Birmingham, Worcester, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, the Black Country, Ludlow and Telford.
