Led by Art Explora, this gently guided taster session offers an accessible introduction to mindful looking at art – no prior knowledge or experience required. Adapted from Art Explora’s ‘Arts at Home’ programme, originally delivered in care settings across Birmingham, these sessions use artworks to spark conversation, imagination, and personal insight. Through guided prompts and open discussion, participants are encouraged to explore their own responses and perspectives together.
