Bat Junk Modelling with Tat Vision

Family Bat-Making Workshop: Inspired by Birmingham’s Music & Heritage. This school holiday, join Birmingham artist Tat Vision at Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery for a fun and creative papier-mâché junk-modelling workshop. Using recycled materials, families will design and build their very own bats ,from spooky and playful to bold and rock-inspired creations. Take inspiration from the Working Class Hero exhibition and Birmingham’s legendary music heritage, including the iconic legacy of Black Sabbath. Perfect for all ages, this hands-on session is a great chance to get creative together, celebrate the city’s culture, and bring your unique bat to life! This event is part of What We Make Here , a six-week series of family-friendly workshops led by Birmingham-based artists, inviting participants of all ages to explore making, materials, and creative expression together.
