The corporate team was supported by commercial director Christine Williams, Sam Hodgson (Commercial Senior Associate), Lauren Walsh (Commercial – Solicitor), Nicholas Dent (Employment – Partner), Melissa Willrich (Employment – Associate), Tughan Thuraisingam (Data Protection – Partner), Liz Ramsaran (Pensions – Partner), Ryan Bigland (Real Estate – Senior Associate), Caroline Colliston (Tax – Partner) and Douglas Pyrke (Tax – Solicitor).

Justin Edgar said: “It was a pleasure to support BPP on their latest strategic transaction which reinforces the strength and breadth of their industry-leading educational offering.  This deal is a good example of how robust the education sector is and we look forward to continuing to support BPP on its growth strategy.”

Joanna Preston Taylor, CFO of BPP said, “We are thrilled to welcome Buttercups Training to BPP Education Group and this acquisition will allow our customers to access key vocational training within the pharmacy sector, which is predicted to experience continued demand over the coming years.  We appreciate the commitment and expertise of Justin and the wider DWF team on this transaction.  The deal team supported us at every step of the process providing valuable guidance and practical commercial advice to ensure a successful conclusion to the transaction”.
