Get your #BIGBrummie on with SIFA Fireside’s Big Brummie Night In!

Leading homelessness charity, SIFA Fireside has joined forces with Brummie businesses to launch the fun-filled Big Brummie Night In regular giving campaign for all to enjoy in their own home. Supporters can sign up to a regular gift of £5 a month which gives them exclusive access to a different activity each month.

Launching with a spooky Halloween special, the first pack is available now and offers recipes from Opus Restaurant and Devenish Girl, Pumpkin carving with Graffitiartist.com, a thriller of a playlist from The Old Crown and much more.

With ongoing pandemic restrictions, school holidays approaching and the winter evenings drawing in, SIFA Fireside’s latest campaign helps to focus on the importance of ‘home’ and having fun while you’re there!

Hot on the heels of Big Brummie Camp Out, held earlier this year raising over £50,000 for the charity, Big Brummie brings an innovative way to raise awareness of homelessness and make a huge difference to some of the most vulnerable in our city.

From families to couples and housemates too, leading Brummie businesses have created a fabulous range of monthly offerings to make sure there’s something for everyone to enjoy on a night in.

Carly Jones, SIFA Fireside CEO, said: “We’re always looking for new ways to engage with our supporters and wider communities to raise awareness of homelessness. Following the success of the Big Brummie Camp Out event, we came up with a way to do this year-round with an innovative regular giving campaign.

“Big Brummie has seen us work with some of Birmingham’s finest independent businesses, to develop a range of monthly digital resources. From creative activities, quizzes, recipes and music – something that can be enjoyed by all ages.

“By signing up to be a regular Big Brummie giver, your activity pack will automatically be sent to you each month in exchange for a £5 donation. This is a great way to support SIFA Fireside’s work on a regular basis and know that you are having a direct impact on the alleviation of homelessness in our city.”
