MK2 Real Estate has boosted its property management team with four new members of staff.

Three recruits have been added to the finance team: Amber Chatwin and Kiesha Gregory will manage client accounts, while Andrew Roche will run accounts payable. The trio have more than 20 years’ experience in the commercial property industry.
Carl Saunderson has also joined the firm. He has been appointed facilities manager, moving from Avison Young.
Marcello Della Croce, head of MK2’s property management team, said: “Our management portfolio has grown considerably. With £1.5bn of assets under management – from single- and multi-let assets to large portfolios – we need a skilled team to ensure we maintain our reputation for being highly proactive for clients and responsive to occupiers. These latest recruits are a welcome addition to our growing team.”
