MK2’s property management team has won a quartet of office instructions in Birmingham city centre. 

The property consultancy has won the brief to manage Livery Place, 85-89 Colmore Row, 57-63 Church Street and 55 Temple Row. 

Collectively, the buildings comprise circa 200,000 sq ft of office space, with additional ground floor retail space at 55 Temple Row. 

MK2 will be providing a mix of service charge management and rent collection services.
