Protocol Consultancy Services‘ CPD and Mentoring programme has been recognised as one of the 57 exceptional training programmes to receive the prestigious Princess Royal Training Award this year.
This honour, formally approved by HRH The Princess Royal, celebrates organisations that demonstrate exceptional commitment to learning and development. In this milestone year –celebrating both the Awards’ 10th anniversary and HRH’s 75th birthday, we are especially proud to be part of a community that showcases the transformative impact of training on people, performance, and organisational success.

Protocol’s CPD and mentoring programme to upskill staff and enhance training has been in operation since 2021. It has supported staff to deliver high-quality apprenticeships aligned with industry reforms, demonstrating improved trainer confidence, high achievement rates and customer satisfaction.
Their comprehensive, structured approach to training and mentoring has transformed staff capability and learner outcomes. Through effective planning, blended delivery, and robust evaluation, Protocol have achieved sustained performance gains and created a culture of continuous improvement.
