Refill

Colmore Bid has reviewed options to help everyone to use less plastic in everyday life. We are thus happy to support the Refill initiative which logically offers to connect people with the shops in the District where you can simply take your refillable bottle and ask for a free refill of water. The idea is that you save money, stay hydrated and prevent plastic pollution at source by using the free Refill App on the go, or look for the Refill droplet in shop windows.

Here is the link to the app https://refill.org.uk/get-the-refill-app/

Here is a little more about the background to Refill “Refill is a City to Sea campaign. City to Sea is a multi-award-winning community interest company (CIC) running campaigns to stop marine plastic pollution at source. Through our fun, solutions-focused initiatives we’re empowering individuals to make a difference in their communities, working with corporates and retailers to help them tackle plastic pollution and reaching millions of people with our digital content and campaigns. City to Sea was founded by environmental campaigner, Natalie Fee in 2015”.
