Richborough strengthens team with internal promotions

Land promoter Richborough has made a series of internal promotions to strengthen its team as it continues its regional expansion plans.

Katie Saunders and Rhys Tupper have been promoted to the newly created role of Senior Land and Planning Manager within their respective regions. The strategic move comes as the leading land promotion firm looks to further its expansion efforts and develop systems for growth.

The pair were selected for promotion in response to their significant contributions and commitments to Richborough’s success and consistently going above and beyond in managing sites and securing new business.

Rhys Tupper concentrates on Richborough’s South East portfolio whilst Katie Saunders, who has also recently been shortlisted in the Annual Property Week Inspiring Women Awards, works in the East team.

James Bradshaw said: “The creation of the Senior Land and Planning Manager roles marks an exciting new chapter for Richborough as we grow, allowing us to support the development of our teams. Rhys and Katie have proven to be invaluable to the business, and we are thrilled to see them step into these expanded roles and oversee projects as we continue to pursue new opportunities.”
