Richborough welcomes new specialists to expanding team

As Birmingham-based land promotion firm Richborough continues to grow its pipeline of residential and commercial development sites, it has welcomed new specialists to its team: David Moore, Freddy Stephens, Shareen Mitchell and Lewis Godsmark.

Joining Richborough’s newly formed Planning Delivery team, Freddy Stephens has stepped in as Senior Planning Delivery Manager at the company’s Birmingham HQ. With a background in pre-construction and planning at St. Modwen, Freddy helps oversee Richborough’s expanding portfolio of applications and supports project management from submission to determination.

Shareen Mitchell has joined Richborough’s Birmingham HQ as Technical Coordinator, supporting the delivery of complex sites. Previously at St. Modwen Homes, Shareen brings strong experience in engineering, BNG and sustainability.

David Moore has been appointed Senior Technical Coordinator, based in Richborough’s London office and with a focus on its South East and South West regions. David joins from Taylor Wimpey with 15+ years’ experience, including roles at Redrow and David Wilson Homes. His expertise in architectural and engineering coordination strengthens Richborough’s growing technical team as it continues to assess and deliver development opportunities across the UK.

Lewis Godsmark has joined Richborough’s commercial arm – Richborough Commercial – as Assistant Land & Planning Manager. Lewis has joined from Avison Young, where he was a planner working on commercial projects across the UK, and he worked at Knight Frank before that. In his new Birmingham-based role, Lewis will support the whole land promotion cycle, from identifying land opportunities right through to their sale to a developer.
