Alex is Partner and Head of Agency at Carter Jonas, providing strategic advice to a diverse range of private and public sector clients across the wider West Midlands, specialising in disposals, tenant representation and development consultancy. A Chartered Surveyor, he has a proven track record of advising on the acquisition and disposal of office space on behalf of landlords and tenants in Birmingham’s central core and wider West Midlands area.

He sits on the West Midlands Office Agents Society Committee. In his capacity as a Colmore Business District Board Director, Alex is Deputy Chair of the Board and Lead for the Colmore Culture Working Group.
